“ref.: Order No. #1356 I have no idea if I should be satisfied. It is now Nov. 13 and I still have not received the package I ordered on Sept. 27. on Oct. 20 I received a letter from Bpost asking me to pay 23.60 euros because of import duties. I paid the same day but the package is still pending at Bpost. So it is difficult to speak of satisfaction. Kind regards”
