“I’ve received the clasp, straight from China, with doubtful quality, but since it wasn’t expensive, it is acceptable, although I wouldn't reorder it The leather strap was never received by me, and despite numerous polite emails from my side seeking for a solution, I’m being ignored. I’ve received an answer twice stating that I has been delivered, but after I’ve replied that I really haven’t, I don’t get any reply. This is terrible service and behaviour to a 57 year old watch collector, who also happens to be a valued member of the Dutch watch community. My recommendation: buy somewhere else.”
