“This was really tasty. I would definitely cook the chicken longer than the recipe suggests or else cut up before cooking. Agree with some others too that the amount of grains, lentils and peas makes for quite a bulky amount, but on the other hand, me and the husband felt this on its own would be a lovely, quick lunch which tasted like a pea and mint risotto but much quicker. Not sure if I am dull but because I cooked the chicken with the blueberries, it was stained by them (admittedly I did use frozen defrosted berries) and ended up not looking like the picture. Will revisit the video of Jamie cooking it to see if I’d misread!”
“Wouldn't have thought about chicken and blueberries, but this was delicious and easy to make. We found the grains and lentils a bit too much for us, we are in our 80s, so will cut back on them next time”
