Yes - these yorkies can be frozen after cooking and then reheated. We recommend defrosting them first and then putting them on a tray and in the oven to heat these through.

Thanks for posting your question on this recipe Eileen. We recommend following the recipe on the website for these Amazing Yorkies, so this is 2 large free range eggs and the oven temp would be 225°C/425°F/gas 9.

So sorry for any confusion, we have updated the recipe as we recommend 1cm of oil. There are some helpful hints with this recipe too and we recommend filling each tin hole about a third or halfway up. We hope you love these yorkies!
