Perfect Yorkshire Puddings every time using this recipe. Chilling the batter in the fridge for an hour works and my Gas Oven is Very hot so I use Temp 7 instead of 9. Thank you Jamie

I have made these numerous times now. They always work. Brilliant recipe....lovely and light. Lovely taste too especially with roast beef and lots of gravy. Thanks Jamie.

I found that following the actual recipe in Jamie's video produces the best results. The temperature is better (190c worked better for me than 225c), the amount of oil is better (about 1/2 cm not 1 cm) and the cooking time 20 to 25 minutes is perfect (better than 10-15 minutes). And produces the right number of yorkshires. This was the first time I've ever made yorkshire puddings and they came out perfect first time. Shame we can't post pictures.

So I've been making Gordon Ramsey recipe for last few years, tried this one, is much better lighter and fluffier! It does make 12, you need to have a good amount of oil in each tin, it gets left behind when you pop them out. 100g is 2/3 cup US.
