Absolutely amazing pizza dough recipe. Every bit as good as restaurants. I have 2 questions though. How long can this be stored in a fridge and how long after removing from a freezer can it be stored back in a fridge. Thanks Jamie.

Wow wow wow, first attempt at this recipe and it's better than any takeaway pizza, big thumbs up from all the kids and me, nice one JO..legend!

Amazing recipe! I’ve rolled out some mini pizzas and stuck them in the freezer. When I take these out, do I need to thaw them first? Or can I add my toppings and cook despite the dough being frozen? I hope it’s the latter - but also worried I’ll burn the toppings while the dough is still uncooked this way?

This recipe is now my go to pizza dough. For me and my family. We have used it both immediately and the next day from the fridge

Large family so great recipe! Used polenta rather than semolina ( although I think they may actually be the same thing) , very tasty and all smalls keep badgering me to Repete this pizza experiment….. would give 10/10!

Hi Jemma, thanks for asking! Preheat the oven to 250°C/500°F/gas 9 (or preheat your pizza oven, if using), then cook for 7 to 10 minutes, until the pizzas are golden and crispy (or around 4 minutes if using a pizza oven – please note that pizza ovens can vary).
