“Comparing these rolls to the seeded bread, I have to say this bread recipe is really the best, not too many seeds, very soft, not chewie not eggy, absolutely perfect, I gave one to my friend who will only eat, as she calls it, normal bread, I didn't tell her it was low carb and she thought it was a very good tasting bread so much so that she didn't believe me when I told her what she had just tried, I had to show her the packet, now I have to order for her as well and we are both eagerly awaiting our next delivery. well done on such a good recipe.”
“Once again. Great product. I used with burgers or bacon and advocados. Versatile. A bit chewier than the bread, but still an amazing taste. Not EGGY at all !”
“I love these bread rolls and I enjoy them with an egg and sometimes bacon as an egg and bacon bap! I just wish the local cafe would stock it! At only 2.7g carbs and 85 calories per roll, it is seriously healthy. A typical wholemeal bap is 220 calories and 37g carbs, so this is a real game-changer! I have made my own baps, but never achieved a result like this. Of course, it is significantly more expensive than a supermarket bought bread roll, but the cooking process and ingredients are significantly more expensive. I realise sliced bread and baps are ultra-processed foods, but I also believe you should not be deprived and be able to enjoy your food, so this is the healthy alternative. I love these rolls and recommend them to my weight loss clients and friends!”
