“These make such a nice change from those 'zero' noodles. They have their place, as a traditional Asian food, but these Palmini offer a good, solid texture, akin to bamboo shoots, and they twirl happily around the fork. They also take on the flavours of what you are cooking very well indeed. The 'rice' is also excellent, and soaks up the curry/stew that you pair it with!”
“This is excellent for a low carb diet, I miss three things on keto and the willpower needed to abstain from these three things is very hard to produce, the three things are, Rice, Spaghetti and Bread, at last, I have found the answer with We are Low Carb, the Palmini Rice . Spaghetti and lasagne sheets are perfect, to me they are flavourless and so easy to combine in my favourite dishes, brilliant in low carb curries and at last I can have carbonara guilt-free, Well done Palmini and We are Low Carb of course.
