We are always working on improving our recipes and processes - and hopefully as we grow we'll be able to pass on the cost benefits of being a larger company and also develop a large loaf. Heylo slices are smaller than regular bread partly because they are full of protein and fibre - and very filling. But they weigh a similar amount to a thin white slice.
