We’re really sorry to hear there was a problem with your bread. Although we put a lot of resource and expertise into Heylo bread – including lab testing – low carb items can be occasionally susceptible to shortened shelf life, especially depending on transit conditions.
However, we guarantee 5 days freshness on arrival and will always replace bread that doesn’t arrive in top condition. Please get in touch at heretohelp@weareheylo.com to let us know if you would prefer a refund or replacement.

“Really pleased with the white loaf, rolls and subs. Have also tried the seeded items but not so keen. Although the loaves are small, one sandwich will fill you up. I'll be re-ordering.”
