I am not sure its keto friendly as it contains wheat and potato starch and honey , those ingredients are not for keto dieters

Hi, Heylo bread is keto-friendly as it has such low carb content - we use the protein, fats and fibre from the wheat and very few of the carbs. A state of ketosis is generally achieved by an overall lowering of carbs in the diet to less than 50g - different people choose different ways to do this. :) Thanks, Heylo Team

Love the bread. It tastes like a really good white bread. However, I'm not so keen on it toasted. I find that it doesn't crisp up enough and is a bit chewy. However, I really rate the seeded bread toasted....it crisps up beautifully and is a 10 all round.

Lovely, taste as good as 'normal' bread. Small but helps reduce my portion size. As I'll have 2 and know I've got enough macros left for more if I'm not satisfied.

Not as good as seeded, but toasted great. Didn't make the greatest of sandwiches just a little too chewy and dry.

Please note this can be used as a bread substitute. This is spongy compared to bread. It does not toast like bread.

This is, by far, the closest low carb bread I’ve tasted to ordinary bread. I have tried various other makes and made numerous attempts myself to make bread but, from now on, will buy Heylo.
