The science of low carb bread is still relatively new, and items can occasionally be susceptible to a shortened shelf life, depending on the conditions exposed to after despatch, but we're always working on new, even better recipes! And we'll always replace any items that don't arrive in top condition.

“Let’s be honest here, this tastes nothing like normal bread, it’s light and soft but there the resemblance ends, i toasted a slice for breakfast and my partner walked in the kitchen and said what on earth are you having, i said toast and she replied well it’s weird smelling toast, also the texture is chewy.”
