Heylo slices are slightly smaller than high carb bread as they are packed with protein and fibre, making them very filling. They do however weigh a similar amount to a thin white slice. “I love the Ketogenic diet, but I missed one thing, bread!, so I thought I try Haylo bread. I'd already tried a supermarket brand of low carb bread but there was still 5G carb per slice. The Haylo bread has a much lower carb content and it is just perfect.
