“Great taste bread, as a diabetic type 2 on injections and medication not over weight but could lose a few pounds. I allow myself 2 slices a day (which I take out of the freezer night before) either to eat as toast for breakfast or a fat salad sandwich with protein of my choice for my working lunch. This bread is far tastier than your normal white brown bread. I have just bought the brown bread to try. Yes it’s expensive but a loaf lasts me exactly a week and I enjoy every slice.
