“Had mould growing on it. It arrived the day after they posted it. Never had a product thst was mouldy as soon as I received it before.
I got a refund but I wouldn't use them again. Sending out mouldy food, that just isn't acceptable.”

We’re really sorry to hear there was a problem with your bread. Although we put a lot of resources and expertise into Heylo products – including lab testing – low carb items can be occasionally susceptible to shortened shelf life, especially depending on transit conditions
