“I love these very seedy bagels, they are perfect for me! I am aiming at a low-carb/lowsugar diet, but was really missing tasty brown bread. These bagels along with the brown rolls and the sliced brown load really satisfy that craving without giving me the sugar/carb spike. I feel so much better eating these instead of regular bread.”
“Outstanding. They are 'normal' bagels. Chewy (in a good way), filling, 'nutty' and delicious. Toasted? - even better. As a T1D I am ecstatic to have found these. They are even better than the seeded bread and I love that. Yes, they are a little pricey but worth it for the low impact on blood glucose. Eating bread again after so long. Seriously happy here. The only thing... I wish that the sesame seeds were on the inside! A lot of them fall off in the splitting of the bagel. And they go everywhere - floor, counter-top, inside toaster. You can scoop some up from the breadboard and squish them inside (not the ones from the floor obvs.) but what a waste. The only gripe I have. Otherwise, buy them. They're fantastic.”
