“Absolutely love these bagels and they are now a treat every Saturday with some smoked salmon and cream cheese. They are lovely and soft even when they have been frozen for a while. Not tried them toasted yet, that might have to be done soon :-) No problems with glucose spikes after them too which is always a bonus if you are a diabetic like me. Thank you!”
“I received my pack of bagels and they arrived all mouldy. I did contact Heylo and in all fairness their customer service was brilliant. They sent out a replacement but sadly, these went mouldy after a few days and the bbe was 28th May. I feel harsh giving a 2 star review, it's for the products self life more than anything. Love their seeded bread and service is always amazing.”
Hi, We're really sorry to hear that your bagels didn't arrive in top condition. Unfortunately, some low-carb products can be susceptible to shortened shelf-life, and dependent on the courier conditions. We're always working on improving our recipes and shelf life, and will always replace bread that isn't 100%.
