The science of low carb bread items is still relatively new, and although we put a lot of resources and expertise into Heylo products they can be occasionally susceptible to shortened shelf life, depending on the conditions exposed to. However, we guarantee 5 days freshness on arrival and will always replace or refund items that don’t arrive in top condition.
