“I normally order from Rave but they didn't have any dark roast decaf recently so I decided to try this store and ordered 3 varietals.
For reference I usually brew v60, 18 grind on a Wilfa.
I only just opened the Ethiopian, and from all the Ethiopian coffee I have had, which is normally unique, interesting and delicious. This one you sent tastes stale, over roasted with hints of cardboard.
So disappointing, I am now scared to try the other two.

“This coffee needs a bit more care when it comes to getting the grind size dialled in for my espresso machine which does not have temp adjustment. I feel it being a lighter roast an extra degree or 2 would bring more out of this but it is fully worth the effort to get it just right. I wouldfully balanced coffee which is an absolute joy to drink. Thanks”
