“The course was good and clear, everything was grfeat until I tried to print out my 'pass' certificate. It just wouldn't let me do it and kept showing up an old certificate from years ago. I had to call the helpline to get assistance and they fairly quickly rectified the situation, saying there was possibly some glitch on the system. I was in the UK at the time, so it wasn't a major issue to call someone, but it could have been, if i'd been out of the country on a ship at sea somewhere. Other tha n that, everything was good.”

“Again, this module is entirely inside the Crisis management and Human Behaviour, so maybe just make it only one. I feel like I was asked to pay for two courses and they shared the same information. The last 33 modules of crisis and management are the same as this module.”
