“I provided my feedback since I finished the course on the website itself. I complaint about the poor quality of the contents. The only reason I used the service is due to my employer asked me to do so. I would have chosen another means of training if the choice was mine. The Crowd Management course is almost the same as the crisis. The only noticeable difference is the video of the Estonian case which by the way could have been one single video clip covering the most important topics of it rather than having multiple slides. Unnecessary! I had already asked for a refund as both the courses should and must be in one single package, instead of having to pay for 2 separate courses with the same information in both. I EXPECT SOMEONE TO CONTACT ME TO DISCUSS FURTHER!!!”
