“Very effective. I used it a few years ago so was a returning customer. Our Indian sandstone patio was absolutely covered in black-spot, to the point that we were thinking of taking it up. We used the pro-kleen ultimate remover and it has come up like new. We find the best time to apply is in the evening (cool evening) and then rinse off the next morning. Would highly recommend!”
