“Improvements which could be made:
1. On the old controller the two cables came out at the one end which made it easy to hold, handle and change settings
On the new controller a cable comes out at each end which makes to awkward, unwieldy and difficult to hold to change settings.
2. The light on the controller only stays on for 10/12 seconds.
Supposedly to save electricity - totally stupid silly idea/reasoning. How much power would it use in say 12 hours? A tiny fraction of a unit?
My wife goes to bed before me so when I come to bed I end up groping around in the darkness trying to find the above awkward and unwieldy controller.
With the old controller the light stayed on until it switched off on the timer - a much more sensible idea.”
