“This is the perfect blanket if you like to use a timer switch to turn the blanket on automatically at night. It has physical sliders for temperature and duration, so works well with a timer. Most other brands have electronic controllers, so when the mains power turns off and on through the timer they start off at max power every time and you have to set them manually. The elasticated skirt gives a great mattress fit and the heating is very even. All exactly what I wanted in an electric underblanket.”
“A very good blanket, but the control could be improved. It offers a good selection of heat levels and timings. However, when the heating time is completed, the light flashes continuously - a distraction in a dark bedroom. Also, it would be very helpful if - to assist operation in the dark - the control box lit up as changes are being implemented.”
