“Perfect 35 delivered promptly. Before purchase I read reviews so wasn't expecting the flow rate of a higher wattage (so 3.5 watt not suitable to washing up, etc). But for my cloak room, this little gem (and it IS very compact) is absolutely ideal, enough flow of really quite hot water - enough for washing hands. Simple instructions and very easy to plumb and wire ("by a professional"). Am considering further purchases for upstairs loo and outside shed. Does what it says on the tin! 5 star!”
