“I confess to being a bit disappointed with the Cuban coffee which I am finding a bit bland: I am preparing it with the method that I use for all coffees that I have bought from other manufacturers, so this has come as a bit of a surprise in view of the high price.”

“My most favorite coffee from H. R. Higgins. Whenever I stock up on more, I always purchase a bag of Cuba Alto Serra. Not too strong with a wonderful earthy tone that is very drinkable at any time of the day. I find that this coffee combines the darkness and almost chocolate nature of South American coffees with the earthy notes from African coffees. I highly recommend this coffee, especially if you are starting out trying new coffees or getting into drinking coffee.”
