“For some time, I have drunk coffee using an alternative milk. A 50/50 blend of Rude Health's coconut milk with almond milk with the coffee made in a Chemex flask. The dark cocoa full flavour with hints of cherry is a really good cuppa first thing in the morning. Best I have tried for a long time and that's something as I am really fussy when it comes to coffee drinking.”

“Creole blend has become an absolute favourite of mine. It has a good dark chocolate flavour that is just on the right side of being bitter. We make it in a Bialetti and it took a while for us to get it right, but maybe another method is easier. Perhaps not the most user-friendly coffee, but definitely worth the effort”
