“Interesting that I’m being asked for a review when my doors still haven’t arrived after ordering 2 months ago and I still don’t have a definitive date. Even though on the website it states they will be delivered within 6 working days.”

Hello Alex, Thank you for getting in touch. The email asking for a review is sent automatically, we apologise that in this instance it has been sent before you have received your order. Our door suppliers are having issues with stock. As soon as we were made aware of this we updated our website to mirror their stock levels. Unfortunately your order was one of the ones that highlighted the issue to us and we're sorry for the delay you're experiencing. I have spoke to our Sale branch who have said they're keeping you in the loop of the situation with stock and you're okay to wait for the supplier to get them back in.
