Ordered the item online and paid for it. Went to collect it and they were out of stock. Their stock control is rubbish. They haven't got a clue what they have in the yard.

Went on website and saw that there was 11 lengths of timber woke up in morning set of to collect and got told there was none in even tho I bought it the day before .
