Planed Square Edge (PSE) Timber is manufactured from Kiln Dried White American Oak, often chosen for use in furniture and cabinet making, internal joinery, construction and flooring.The timber will go through a cutting, grading and kiln drying process at the mill. The finished size refers to the wood that has been machined (a process/ that involves a series of sharp cutters spinning at high speeds over the wood to shave it down to a smoother, more uniform dimension that is more appealing). Our planed square edge timber is machined, to make it ideal for internal joinery that requires a smooth, neat edge. The superior finish and it’s great use versatility make it perfect for a range of uses where the finished appearance is important, such as furniture building. All our timber has full chain of custody, meaning our timber is sourced responsibly.
