“Having purchased 'Amy' slippers in a size 7 just a couple of years ago, I didn't think there would be any issue in ordering the same slipper when the first pair had worn out. How wrong was I! I cannot fault the levels of wear by the way, they lasted 2 years, but the sizing was a issue. On ordering, there is the option to purchase a returns label for £1. I didn't bother as I knew a size 7 would fit. Wrong! They arrived and were huge! My toes overhung the sole at the front and had an uncomfortable seam rubbing underneath. The slipper was too long at the back, with over an inch sticking out. Returned and asked for a refund, for which I'm still waiting. I won't bother again.”
