“Since I have yet to receive them I have no idea. Getting goods from the UK to the US is the very reason why I have never ordered directly from you folks and probably won’t again. I strongly suggest you ditch Royal Mail and use UPS or FedEx. I believe most US buyers would not mind paying a bit more for shipping if it meant receiving purchases more quickly.”

Thank you for your purchase and review. We apologise for the time it took to deliver the goods to you. We generally receive very good service from Royal Mail, however, during December delivery can take slightly longer to process through customs.
We have looked at UPS and FedEx options. The cost can be almost 4 times the price of Royal Mail.
