“These plants were a Christmas present to myself, I was so in love with them. They arrived packed in a plastic bag wrapped and taped very tightly around the plant at the soil level. I had to be very slow and careful to unwrap it without damaging the plant. There were many loose leaves that fell out once unwrapped. I do think there was damage in transit and the tightly wrapped plastic allowed zero room for wiggling without breaking. The plant looks like was buried too deeply as there are stems and leaves sticking out of the soil. The leaves are firm with good colouring so it seems healthy aside from all the broken stems, just much smaller than expected now that I've had to cut off the broken parts.”
