Thank you for your feedback and sorry for the confusion. Our listing states “Hallmarking included” and that items are handmade in sterling silver or 9ct gold and hallmarked at the London Assay Office.
In the UK, both metals have a legal weight threshold for hallmarking. Some ring sizes exceed this and must be hallmarked, while others do not. Your ring is sterling silver, but due to its size and weight it falls below the threshold, so hallmarking is not required.
