Hi Derek,
We are sorry to hear this. We package each piece very carefully and place the box in tissue paper in the packaging box so it is disappointing to learn it arrived untied. Had the package been opened by customs? Perhaps you could let us know. We wouldn't send it out like this so we'd like to know how this happened, it's unlikely transit would cause this. Best wishes Honey Willow.
Hi Drew,
We are pleased to hear you are happy with your jewellery and we are glad your wife liked her gift. Thank you for leaving us a review. Best wishes Honey Willow.
Hi Charlie,
We hope you had a great anniversary. We hope your wife enjoys wearing her necklace and we are glad we could help you meet your deadline. Thank you for your review. Best wishes Honey Willow.
