Thank you for your valuable feedback, we have not had this commented on before and these are a bestselling product for us. I wonder if a member of your family could take a photo of the earring in your mother's ear so we can see the issue? You could mail it jewellery@honeywillow.com. We don't have larger earwires but there is potential to adjust by added a couple of extra rings before the hook to make the earrings hang lower?
