“I bought a ring from Honey Willow 2 years ago, and the product was great. Unfortunately, one of the stones fell out, and I enquired about having the stone replaced, which Honey Willow were willing to do free of charge. I was then very lazy and didn’t actually send the ring back (life got in the way). 18 months or so later I decided to get it repaired, and Honey Willow very kindly honored the original repair request, and fixed it for free 18 months later! Great service!”
