“We are really pleased with the 9th Anniversary ring necklace, it looks lovely. Our only concern, which could be addressed, is that the spring-loaded clasp and the chain links it connects to are all quite small, making it very fiddly to join up. Could just be us though ! Having said that, the item is so nice my wife will be going to Bath soon and will definitely visit the shop !”

Thank you for your feedback. We are sorry to hear there has been difficulty with the clasp. This is our largest clasp- an option is to switch the clasp for a magnetic one.
