Hi Ann, we have been trying to contact you by email and phone for the past two weeks. Your necklace was returned to us as our courier doesn't deliver to PO boxes (as we do flag up at the checkout).
As we haven't been able to get hold of you, we fully refunded your order four days ago, on 9th October. Please check your spam folder for our emails and to see the refund confirmation.
