Sue's order was held up due to the Royal Mail Strikes. It was delivered on 19th December. We have profusely apologised for the delay which was beyond our control. Regarding the messaging, we can only assume she is referring to our optional mailing list emails. If so, our customers can opt out of these at anytime by clicking the un-subscribe button.

“I ordered on 23rd November still haven't received order. So I emailed twice now asking for refund, still waiting on a reply 5th December. Extremely poor would not order from this company.”

We have been trying to contact this client, both via email and the mobile number on the order but are not getting any replies. It might be that emails are going to the junk folder? If they could check their inbox and reply to us, we will be happy to replace or refund the order if it is still not received.
