“Basic functioning is OK. But I needed to be sure the electric lead would be long enough to go under the bed to the socket -- about 2 metres -- so before even opening the box I called customer services, and was told it was 2.9 metres. In fact, it was not long enough.
Also, my wife's sight is not the best, and she has extreme difficulty reading the backlit settings on the controller. So she can only turn it on or off, without any possibility of adjustment.”
