“It would have less stress for me if i had been contacted earlier than my departure date, 2 days before i was due to fly to another country i was told i that i could not be dropped off at my apartment and had to go to another hotel. It was my first time in Lanzarote and i didn't know the area at all. I got lost trying to find my apartment when i first arrived. Coming home i did my research and had to pull my heavy suitcase and hand luggage up a path which wore me out before i even got on the bus. Not a nice experience at all.”

“Excellent minibus service. Quick pick up from airport and straight to the resort. I would have liked to know the drivers route to be able to let those waiting for me an estimated arrival time. There were four parties and I was the third to be dropped off. So from arriving in resort in can take a further 30 minutes to be at the hotel.”
