“When I rang to check pick up time I was informed I would be picked up from Rubicon hotel which is a taxi ride away from where I was staying. So requested pick up from faro park and despite attempts to confirm a location for pick up, was just told faro park!! When bus came he had stopped further away than we expected, very stressful service and would not recommend or use again.”
