“If there were zero stars I would choose zero. Very poor service. If travelling to Sorrento from Naples do not use this service. Waiting nearly 2 hours from flight arrived to leave airport. No signage for transfer desk. On return the pick up was over an hr late causing us to be very late to check in. Absolute disaster.”
