“Gatwick flight diverted to Faro for ill pasenger so 2 hours late arrival at Gran Canaria. However, no information of our taxi booking at GC Airport Office. Waited 15 -20 minutes and finally a large old people carrier arrived to take us to our Meloneras Hotel.
Return taxi no problem. Used Holiday Taxis for many years without any significant problems.

“Airport pickup no problem but return was not happy with. Our paperwork showed return pickup as 18.05 and received email day before to be outside 15 minutes before this, this was not a problem but driver turned up at 17.30 demanding that we hurry up or he would not wait. We pointed out that the email said 15minutes before our 18.05 pick up not 35 minutes. We were in the process of finishing getting changed as we were well in time and did not need the attitude of the driver especially as my husband suffers from anxiety and this caused his asthma to flare up.
We were in the taxi by 17.40 25 minutes before our due time.
As we had a private transfer I fail to see the need to be ready 15 minutes before the time given to us as we cannot hold anyone else up, if we miss our private transfer because we are late that's fine its our fault but just don't see the need to be 15 minutes earlier.”
