“The taxi driver was not waiting for us with a sign as advertised. We finally tracked down the guy out in the parking lot who was organizing the taxis, and he showed us our taxi down the street a ways just as it pulled away without us. He did get us a luxury car as a replacement shortly after, but we would have preferred to get what we had payed for. It was just one more stressful thing after 32 hours of travelling with one delay after another. The car and driver and ride was fine to be fair.”
