“The experience of using this service was terrible and highly stressful. We did not receive any support when the vehicle sent made us feel completely unsafe and the support since we returned home has also been unhelpful.”
“Awful transfer, not there on arrival with a name, waited 30 minutes after collecting baggage for driver to arrive. The transfer which should take 1 1/2 hours then took 3 hours, with multiple wrong turns leading us to direct the driver ourselves from our phones, skis and baggage over our laps and shoulders which was dangerous in an event of a crash. The driver had never driven up the alps before causing a 25 car stack up behind us and also riding on edges of road with a gravel feeling under the wheel.
On departure, the transfer was another 20 minutes late, making us walk 15 minutes down the road to be collected because the driver didn’t know where the drop off/pick up point was in Avoriaz. He then continued to ride up the back of the car in front leaving a 1-2m gap, exceeding speed limits to get us to the airport. What was meant to be a stress free private transfer, turned out to be the biggest worry of the holiday putting us all on edge.
I will be submitting a formal complaint as we were genuinely worried for our lives.”
