“The journey on the way to the hotel was absolutely fine but the return was awful. It is a known fact that the road quality is poor but the drivers ability to navigate the coach in small areas and throughout such conditions was inadequate. He also made a few members of the final party walk a long distance with their cases to the coach away from their hotel.”
