“The bus never came to pick us up, because of that we missed our flight. We waited more than an hour no one from the company answered us or our hotel who tried to call them several times. We were forced to take a taxi that cost us €100 to finally miss our plane anyway. This is unacceptable. It's to flee!! I have never seen a service as deplorable as theirs. We ask for a refund of the bus on we had paid wrongly since no one came to pick us up, plus the taxi ride!!”
