“Paid 50 euro for a transfer which cost 15 euro with an alternate provider on return trip. Had to queue at a kiosk to get allocated the taxi when others were readily available outside the airport. The car seat we paid additional money for was poorly strapped in and in very poor condition such that it was a waste of time.”
